Copley Basketball Club provides a safe and enjoyable enviroment for children to develop their basketball skills.
Based at Copley Recreation Centre in Stalybridge, the Club runs 9 teams in the Tameside Central Venue League.
Our Head Coach, Jeff Curtis, runs a series of training sessions every week:

As well as focusing on the core skills of basketball, Jeff's sessions are designed to instill a sense of fair play, competitiveness and a good team ethic.
As a Club we expect the very highest standard of behaviour from the players and parents, we will not tolerate any boorish "football like" behaviour. Parents are encouraged to support their child, but are also expected to applaud good play from either team.
The Club plays in the Tameside Central Venue, which is affiliated to England Basketball. As such we have adopted their Code of Conduct, a copy of which can be downloaded below.
